Billing and remedies

Refund policy

Effective August 6, 2026. This Policy applies to the five one-time educational editions priced in EUR.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to one-time NovaShelf FX Academy educational licenses. The payment provider shown at checkout processes the transaction and normally administers approved refunds to the original payment method.

2. Requesting help

Contact Support with the checkout email, selected edition, order reference and a clear description of the issue. Never send full card numbers, security codes or banking credentials.

3. Fourteen-day requests

Customers may submit a request within 14 calendar days of purchase. Eligibility is reviewed under the applicable provider terms, product use and mandatory consumer law. A request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

4. Defects or non-delivery

If a material defect prevents normal use or activation is unreasonably delayed, contact us promptly. We will first attempt to restore access or provide a working remedy. If the issue cannot be resolved, an appropriate refund may be issued through the original provider.

5. Mandatory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable statutory remedies where digital content is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Withdrawal rights and exceptions for accessed digital content vary by jurisdiction.

6. Excluded abuse

To the extent permitted by law, a refund may be declined for fraud, repeated claims, license sharing, resale, material breach, unsupported-device issues, or local-data loss caused by clearing browser storage after functioning delivery.

7. Timing and method

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. The provider and customer’s bank control timing and currency conversion. Refund confirmation is electronic.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact Support or the payment contact on the receipt before opening a chargeback so genuine delivery or technical issues can be investigated. Fraudulent disputes may result in license suspension while reviewed.
